I have an older dual Athlon motherboard - there is little I could do with the video card too. Not everyones computer can handle the the latest and greatest. I don;t think it even comes in an AGP version, let alone be anything useful to my old 2x AGP slot.
Though I would at least e-bay the thing, can't complain if I won the card for free

Uhm, yes, US and Canada only at the moment
Strcpy: you could always hold onto it, you'll probably upgrade eventually. Wouldn't it be nice to have a video card that you can actually use when that happens? I know i'm in the same boat, AGP slot, not PCI Express.

Same. No biggie the way I looked at it, much for the same reasons, but darn, other people had the same outlook as me. I was hoping more might be turned away so my chances of winning were better. jk/jk

I do not know if Australia and/or New Zealand will be included. I know that the rules are being put together by NCsoft Europe, and I believe that they will be as inclusive as possible.

Hmmm the Sweepstakes is suppose to be available to US and Canada but as I scroll down the list, I find out that my province (Quebec) wasnt in the list!!!! Why can't gamers like me from Quebec participate. Will we also have a seperate sweepstakes because I find this totally unfair! All the other provinces of Canada gets to participate except for Quebec... Is it because we speak french or something?

Sorry, I haven't been on the last couple of days, and thanks, Gaile for responding, but you folk are still missing my point. I am not talking about the survey page. I am talking about the registration form itself. No, you cannot leave off any of the personal information it is asking for. It will not let you register if you don't give it your first name, last name, email address, street address, phone number, country, zip code, and birthdate.
Now, the point I'm trying to make here is that that is a lot of information just to enter a sweepstakes. An email address or a phone number or a street address might be ok, but not everything. Plus, if you read the privacy policy, it pretty much says "Yes, we are collecting all this info and we are not promising to keep it safe so if something happens, it's not our fault. Or,
if we decide to swap it off to some third party, we can."
I thought I had made myself clear twice, but you folk seem fixated on the
survey form which is irrelevant.

Just checked the European Sweepstakes rules. Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Norway, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom can enter. That's a pretty short list, even the Eurovision had more countries in it, so we Australians aren't the only ones who aren't going to be able to enter.

Just Z, this is normal information gathered for any sweepstakes. You have to realize that if they were only to ask for something such as a name & email it's very easy to lie/spoof or cheat the system. I understand the concerns that the information could be used for a 3rd party, but this could simply mean that Alienware or another of the sponsors will need your information to send you your prize. But the amount of information they are requiring is very typical and common. It's not something to be alarmed over if you've ever signed up for a contest they've required the same information.
